This piece is subtitled "Rosy-fingered and with golden arms, Eos, goddess of the Dawn, opens the gates of heaven" and uses the fantastic Youghiogheny pink glass. I wanted to make a large piece, something big enough to have an "expanding" relationship to (if I'd had more pink glass it would have been bigger). The size allows you stand completely bathed in pink light. Pink is the colour of Universal Love and Beauty and to have this frequency of radiation passing through you elevates your own vibrations accordingly. I've started to frame my windows and this one works really well, the silver scalloping picks up the pink and other ambient light very nicely.
